Ann was born in a small town called Eastman in Dodge County. She graduated from Dodge Co. High School in 1967.

After graduation she went to work for RAFB where she met her husband of thirty five years, Buddy Rawls. They now have three children, Tracey, Todd & Tim. Tracey is married to Jeff Yates. They have two children, Kailee & Kaicee. Todd is married to the former Tuesday Varner and they have a son, Jett.

Ann worked for Middle Georgia Hospital for twenty-three years. During that time she met and made many friends including the broker, Joan Brown of AAA Choice Realty. Joan would tell Ann every time she saw her she should go into real estate; she would be so good at it. So when Ann retired from the hospital she decided to pursue a career in real estate. She attended Williams Academy of Real Estate in Warner Robins, graduating and passing the state test in 1999. Due to illness in the family she did not start to work until the year 2000. Immediately she called her old friend Joan and began work at AAA Choice Realty.

Ann attributes any success that she has had to her immediate family, her working family at AAA Choice, her church family at Bloomfield Church of God and most of all to the Lord because without him she could do nothing.
